This machine is of four-roller structure. The upper roller is drive roller. It provides torque for bended plate through the mesh of the output gear of speed reducer. The lower roller makes vertical lifting movement in the hydraulic action to piston to fasten plate. It is equipped with side rollers on both sides of the lower roller. The side rollers move along machine frame in the drive of silk rod, silk nut, worm wheel, worm rod or hydraulic oil cylinder. The advantage of this machine is that it can bend plate in advance and bend it to round in one set of equipment.

1, Equipment overview

The machine belongs to hydraulic 3-roller plate rolling machine, used for processes such as pre-bending, rolling to round, round setting of all kinds of containers with carbon steel, low alloy steel feeding once and need not u-turn.

Upper roller can vertically move and horizontally move.

Pre-bending is realized through the upper rollers horizontal moving so that upper roller is in nonsymmetrical position relative to lower roller.

Rolling circle is through the motor and speed reducer drive to take two lower rollers.

The constant elevation of lower roller is convenient for operation and feeding.

Provide detailed electrical schematic diagram, electrical wiring is strictly carried out according to the diagram, every number on both ends of wire is clear and complete, wire terminal strip is marked the same wire number with wire number, and marked with corresponding marks on electrical appliance wiring diagram and schematic diagram.
